This document is a legally binding agreement between a Seller and a Buyer respectively, accessing or using the Platform and using the Service solely for commercial purposes (hereinafter referred to as “we”, “us”, “our” or “A1OBM”). You acknowledge and agree that the Platform is a business-to-business (B2B) platform that provides services exclusively to businesses.
This document and other rules and policies of the Platform (including, but not limited to, the Returns Policy, Undelivered Shipments Policy, Privacy Policy, and Product Listing Policy), as they may be amended from time to time, are hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Terms.”

Using this website constitutes your acceptance of the Privacy Policy and its use of your personal information. A1OBM’s platform, features, functionality, software and products are subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this document, as well as the Privacy Policy,
Product Listing Policy, Infringement Policy, Returns Policy, Undelivered Mail Policy, Anti-Counterfeiting Policy and any other rules and policies that a1obm may publish from time to time.
1. PERMISSIBILITY:-
The User may not use the Platform and its services for personal use and the Platform may only be used by the User for business purposes
2. USER ACCOUNTS AND VERIFICATION OF ACCOUNT:-
The User must bereg istered on the Platform to access or use the Services for commercial purposes. You agree and acknowledge that you will use the Platform only for your commercial purposes and not for personal use. A set of user ID and OTP (One Time Password) / password is unique for a single account.
Upon User Account registration on the Platform, you will be asked to provide additional information about yourself and your business, including, but not limited to, business name, GSTIN, PAN, address, telephone number or other information that may be required by a1obm with respect to your business.
A1obm may delete or terminate a user’s account if a1obm has reason to believe that the user has registered or controls two or more accounts. A1obm may therefore reject requests from users to register for other reasons without giving any reason.
3. TRANSACTIONS BETWEEN BUYER AND SELLER:-
i. When a Product is offered for sale on the Platform by a Seller, the Products sold by the Seller to the Buyer are entered into directly between the Buyer and the Seller. Buyer agrees that a1obm cannot and doesn’t confirm the identity of each Seller. A1obm encourages buyers to use discretion and caution when dealing with different sellers.
ii. any user may make any purchase and sale transactions related to the use of this platform or services without any TRANSACTIONS RISKS.
iii. A1OBM shall not be liable or responsible for any acts or omissions of the User, nor for any breach of any terms, conditions, representations or warranties of the Products, and hereby expressly disclaims any and all responsibility and liability in this regard. A1obm does not resolve disagreements between the buyer and seller of the Product Services on your behalf.
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS:-
i. A1OBM may, in its sole discretion, permit users of the Platforms, in writing, to use “a1obm” and other related logos and icons for indicative purposes in such form and manner and on such terms and conditions as may be agreed to by a1obm.
It is understood that any information transmitted on the Platform, including images, texts, and videos, shall be licensed to a1obm by the User uploading the contents, and a1obm shall have a worldwide, transferable license to use such information for its use on the Platform as well as for any other purpose a1obm chooses.
iii. This Service and its original content (excluding content provided by you or other users), features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Company and its licensors.
iv. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark and other laws of both the country and other countries.
5. NOTICES:-
A communication to a user shall be deemed to have been received by that user if,
a) A1obm is able to demonstrate that communications, whether in physical or electronic form, were sent to all users.
b) A1obm publishes such notice in an area of the Platform that is accessible to the User or publicly accessible free of charge.
Ordering products:-
By placing an order for Products through the Service, you warrant that you are legally able to enter into a contract with a1obm.
User information:-
If you wish to place an order for products available through the Service, you may be asked to provide certain information relevant to your order, including, but not limited to, your name, email address, phone number, credit card number, credit card expiration date, billing address, and shipping information.
You represent and warrant that;
(i) you are legally authorised to use credit or debit cards or other payment
instruments in connection with orders.
(ii) the information you provide to us is true, accurate and complete

Cancellation of the order:-
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for any reason,
